I love to play, but as far as setting it up, I usually need someone to do it for me. Is this true am I going to have to say goodbye to Sims? I am incredibly technically illiterate, so forgive my shortcomings. I have been told that each time I turn my computer on, I will have to connect Origin and Sims to the internet before I am able to go into offline mode.
Since Sims has an offline mode, I assumed I could play with no internet, but now that I have moved and set up my computer, Origin will not even load my games. At my old home, I usually played connected (sometimes offline). I moved into a new apartment and am trying to avoid purchasing internet/WiFi.
I play via Origin, have all expansions, no mods/CC, no future download needs, and I don’t need the online features (gallery/social). The short question: Can I play sims with absolutely no internet/WiFi? More details: I have an amazing, fast homebuilt gaming PC and Sims 4 is the only thing I do on it.
